In 45 minutes you get barre and pilates-inspired sculpting combined with low-impact trampoline cardio — activating 400+ muscles while the bounce adds zone 2 cardiovascular work without a single high-impact rep. The trampoline absorbs up to 80% of impact compared to hard surfaces, so you can train hard and leave feeling stronger, not wrecked. Five class formats, one membership, and a community of women who show up for themselves and each other — right here on Province Street.

Where exactly is the Downtown studio? +

We’re on the 3rd floor at 52 Province Street, Suite 307, Boston MA 02108. Look for Sam LaGrassa’s on Province Street — the entrance is the glass door between Sam LaGrassa’s and the eyebrow threading studio. The door code is 44120* (don’t forget the star key). Take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor.

How do I get here by public transit? +

The Downtown studio is one of the most T-accessible fitness studios in Boston. Park Street (Green/Red Line) is a 3-minute walk, Downtown Crossing (Orange/Red Line) is a 3-minute walk, and Government Center (Blue/Green Line) is about 5 minutes away.

Is there parking near the Downtown studio? +

Street parking is limited in Downtown Boston. We recommend booking in advance. The 45 Province Street Garage is directly across the street, and the 33 Arch Street Garage is a short 4-minute walk — both are available at a discounted rate of $17.60 for 2 hours when booked through our parking link.

What classes are available at the Downtown studio? +

All five Barre Groove class formats are available at Downtown — Bounce & Barre, Boost, Bounce & Bands, Dance & Define, and POM. POM is exclusively available at the Downtown studio, so if you’re curious about our cheer cardio class, this is the place. View the full Downtown schedule here.

Can I use my membership at other Barre Groove locations? +

It depends on your membership tier. The Groove membership (our 12-month option at $140/month) includes unlimited access to all three studios — Downtown, South Boston, and Back Bay.
