Bounce & Bands — Your Questions Answered
Everything you need to know before your first class.
What are the resistance bands used for? +
The resistance bands add targeted load to your sculpting movements, increasing muscle activation in your arms, shoulders, back, and glutes beyond what bodyweight alone delivers. Combined with the instability of the trampoline surface, you’re getting a deeper muscle stimulus than a standard mat-based resistance class — with cardio built in.
Is Bounce & Bands good for building muscle tone? +
It’s our most strength-focused format. The combination of resistance bands and bounce intervals creates both a muscular and cardiovascular stimulus in one class — you’re building tone and endurance simultaneously. Members who rotate Bounce & Bands into their weekly schedule alongside Bounce & Barre tend to see faster definition results.
Do I need experience with resistance bands? +
None at all. Your instructor guides proper form and band placement throughout the class. We recommend having a Bounce & Barre class under your belt first so the trampoline feels familiar, but beyond that — no experience needed.
What’s the class breakdown? +
Bounce & Bands is 50% bounce intervals and 50% total body toning with resistance bands — 45 minutes total. It’s a true hybrid: enough cardio to elevate your heart rate and enough resistance work to feel it in your muscles the next day.
