Is Bounce & Barre good for beginners? +

Absolutely — Bounce & Barre is our recommended starting point for exactly this reason. Most of our members had never stepped on a fitness trampoline before their first class. Your instructor will offer modifications throughout and guide every move, so you can work at your own level from day one. If you can show up, you can do this.

What’s the split between barre work and bouncing? +

Bounce & Barre is a 50/50 split — half barre and pilates-inspired sculpting, half trampoline cardio, alternating throughout the 45-minute class. The intervals keep the class moving and prevent the plateau effect you get from doing the same movement pattern for too long.

What muscles does Bounce & Barre target? +

Every class is a full-body session — glutes, thighs, calves, core, and deep stabilizers all get targeted. The unstable trampoline surface means your stabilizer muscles and pelvic floor are working continuously even during the sculpting portions, activating 400+ muscles per session in ways a flat mat simply can’t replicate.

How is Bounce & Barre different from a regular barre or pilates class? +

Traditional barre and pilates deliver great sculpting but leave a cardio gap — most women end up stacking a second workout to cover it. Bounce & Barre solves that in a single class. The trampoline surface forces deeper muscle engagement through instability, while the bounce intervals add zone 2 cardiovascular work that strengthens your legs and heart without any high-impact movement. What should I wear and bring? +

Supportive sneakers are required for all bounce classes — they protect your feet and ankles on the trampoline.
