Not at all. The choreography is designed to be followed in real time — your instructor leads every move and breaks it down as you go. If you love music and movement, you’ll find your rhythm quickly. The only requirement is being willing to have fun.

What’s the workout actually like? +

Think rhythm ride meets sculpting class — nonstop movement, dance-inspired sequences on the trampoline, and a confidence-building energy that makes 45 minutes fly by. It’s one of our most fun formats and still a serious workout. You’ll leave sweaty, energized, and smiling.

How does Dance & Define compare to Bounce & Barre? +

Bounce & Barre alternates structured barre and pilates-inspired sculpting with cardio intervals — it’s balanced and methodical. Dance & Define is more choreography-driven and rhythm-focused, with continuous movement that keeps your heart rate up throughout. Many members love rotating between both — Bounce & Barre for the sculpt, Dance & Define for the energy.
