How do I sign up?
You can sign up at BarreGroove.com/Subscribe. Once you sign up, enter your payment info and press purchase to start your free 7-day trial! If you cancel during the trial, you will not be billed.
Is it easy to cancel my subscription?
Yes — you can cancel at any time with no penalty. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period and no further charges will be made. Please submit your request at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
On the New Barre Groove On Demand Platform
If you’re subscribed through Mariana Tek, you can cancel directly from the button below:
- Fill out the short form and click “Submit Cancellation Request”
- We’ll process your request within 48 hours and send a confirmation email
On the Legacy Arketa Platform
If you subscribed through the original Arketa platform, follow these steps:
- Go to BarreGroove.com/OnDemand and log in
- Press the circle icon with your initials in the top right corner
- Press “Account”
- Press “Active Packages”
- Press the three dots (…) on the membership you want to cancel
- Press “Cancel Subscription”

How can I update my credit card?
- Go to your Mariana Tek account
- Click “Account” then “Payment Methods”
- Click “Add New” and enter your new card info
- Set the new card as your default payment method
Once complete, you can delete the older card.
How long are the virtual classes?
Full Classes: 45 minutes.
Express Classes: 10 to 15 minutes (condensed versions of our favorite workouts).
If you’re short on time, Express classes are perfect for fitting a workout into your schedule.
How do I search the library?
Use the “Filters” button to search by category (Full vs. Express), workout type, body focus, equipment needed, and instructor. You can stack multiple filters to find exactly what you need.
How do I favorite a class?
Click the class you wish to save and press the “Add to Favorites” button below the video feed.
What equipment do I need?
You don’t need fancy equipment, but to get the most out of every format, we recommend:
- A yoga mat
- Weights (Light, Medium, Heavy)
- Resistance Bands
- A Personal Trampoline
Note: You don’t need a specific brand for weights or mats. Get what suits your fitness level best!
I’ve never used a trampoline. What can I expect?
1. It’s Low Impact: Bouncing eliminates approx. 80% of the impact on joints compared to running.
2. It’s Effective: NASA found trampoline exercises up to 68% more effective than jogging.
3. It’s Fun: It engages your entire body and elevates your heart rate in just minutes.
Is it safe during pregnancy?
No. Bouncing on a trampoline is not recommended during pregnancy due to the risk of falling. Always consult your doctor.
