BOOST — Your Questions Answered
Everything you need to know before your first BOOST class.
How intense is BOOST compared to other classes? +
BOOST is our most cardio-forward format — 75% bounce, 25% sculpt. Your heart rate will be higher than in Bounce & Barre, but the trampoline keeps every rep low-impact. Expect to work hard and leave sweaty — in the best way.
Is BOOST good for beginners? +
BOOST is accessible but we recommend experiencing the trampoline in Bounce & Barre first. Here’s why: BOOST uses dance-like filler movements between intervals that stack and build as class progresses — your instructor leads every move so you can always follow along, but those fillers will feel brand new if it’s also your first time on the trampoline. Once you’ve got a class or two under your belt and the basic bounce feels natural, BOOST becomes incredibly addictive. Think of Bounce & Barre as your foundation — BOOST is the next level.
How does BOOST compare to running? +
The trampoline absorbs up to 80% of impact compared to pavement, making BOOST dramatically easier on your knees, hips, and ankles than running. At the same time, the bounce targets your glutes and core more directly than a treadmill or road run — and the dance-inspired sequences keep it engaging in a way that a 45-minute run rarely is. Same cardiovascular benefit. A fraction of the joint stress.
What should I wear and bring? +
Supportive sneakers are required. Bring a water bottle — you will sweat. Athletic wear you can move freely in and a supportive sports bra round it out. Any questions? We’re here to help.

First time on a trampoline? Nobody nails the choreography on class one — that’s normal, not a sign it’s not for you. If you’d rather learn the basics in a small group before jumping into a full class, start with Bounce Foundations.
