Class One
The moves are choreographed, so your first class is about finding the beat — you might be a step behind the instructor at first, and that’s expected. For the best possible start, book Bounce Foundations — a semi-private class (4 people max) where an instructor works with you directly to get your timing and form right from day one.
Class Two-Three
You start catching the choreography on your own — moves feel less like instructions and more like muscle memory. This is usually when it clicks.
