Bounce Foundations
Confidence Over Perfection.
Bounce Foundations is a slower-paced, semi-private class — 4 people max — built specifically for your first time on the trampoline. No packed room, no trying to keep up. Just an instructor working with you directly to get your timing and form right from day one, so you leave ready for any class on our schedule.
Why Start Here
- Semi-Private, 4 People Max – Real one-on-one attention instead of cues called out to a crowd.
- Built for Timing & Form – The moves are choreographed, so the first few classes are about finding the beat. This class gives you the room to do that.
- Goes at Your Pace – You move through the trampoline basics step by step, not rushed to keep up.
- Sets You Up Long-Term – The goal isn’t just surviving your first class — it’s leaving confident enough to want a second.
- Still a Full Workout – Trampoline basics, sculpt work, and off-trampoline strength — all in one 45-minute class.
Here’s How This Actually Goes
Foundations
You’ll learn the basic bounce and movement patterns first — no rounds yet, just form and trampoline awareness.
Athletic Confidence
The same movements, now with rhythm — building coordination and momentum at a pace you control.
Combo Confidence
You’ll start layering movements into combinations — proof you’ve actually got this.
If You’ve Ever Felt Unsure
- It’s Normal to Be a Step Behind – The choreography takes a few classes to click for everyone. That’s not a sign it’s not for you.
- You Don’t Need Experience – Whether this is your first time on a trampoline or you just want to rebuild your foundation, this class meets you where you are.
- Coaching Over Performance – Your instructor is there to teach, not to watch you keep up.
- Come As You Are – No pressure, no comparison. Just a smart way to start.

Bounce Foundations — Your Questions Answered
Everything you need to know before your first class.
Do I have to take Bounce Foundations before any other class? +
No, you can start anywhere. But here’s what we’ve noticed: most people don’t land the choreography on their first try in any bounce class — it takes a few classes to find the timing, no matter how fit you are. If your first class is a full one, that learning curve happens in front of a packed room, and it can feel discouraging even though it’s completely normal. Bounce Foundations gives you that same learning curve in a small group built for exactly that, so the wobbly part happens somewhere low-pressure instead of somewhere that might talk you out of coming back.
Bounce Foundations doesn’t fit my schedule this week — what should I do? +
Bounce Foundations runs a few times a week across all three studios, so it doesn’t always line up with everyone’s schedule right away. If it doesn’t, go ahead and book Bounce & Barre instead — just know going in that your first class is about learning the choreography, not nailing it. Being a step behind the instructor at first is normal, not a sign you’re not getting it. You can always take Bounce Foundations later if you want extra reps on the basics.
Will everyone else in class already know what they’re doing? +
No — that’s the whole point of this class. Bounce Foundations is capped at 4 people specifically so everyone in the room is starting from the same place: brand new to bouncing. There’s no one to keep up with and no one watching. It’s just you, a few other beginners, and an instructor focused entirely on your group.
I’ve done other fitness classes before — is this still useful for me? +
Yes. General fitness experience doesn’t translate directly to the trampoline — the choreography and timing are specific to bouncing, and that takes a few classes to click no matter how fit you are. Bounce Foundations just gives you a faster, more guided way to get there than figuring it out in a full class.
What’s the class breakdown? +
45 minutes, broken into three parts: trampoline basics and form work, then the same movements built into rhythm and light combinations, plus some off-trampoline sculpt work mixed in. By the end, you’ll have the fundamentals to walk into any class on our schedule.
