Where are your studios located?
We host daily classes at three locations:
- Downtown (DTX): 52 Province Street, Suite 307
- Back Bay: 208 Newbury Street (inside lululemon Newbury)
- Southie: 416 West Broadway, Suite 202
How do I book a class?
You can book in two easy ways:
- Use the free Barre Groove mobile app (easiest way!)
- Book online at barregroove.com/schedule
What should I wear to class?
Sneakers are required for all bounce classes to protect your feet and ankles. We also recommend a supportive sports bra and comfortable athletic wear.
Where is the best place to park?
Each studio has different parking options. Please visit our Directions Hub to see specific parking maps and advice for your studio location.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require advanced notice for cancellations to avoid fees. Please read our full policy here.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, join the waitlist! As spots open up, you’ll be added automatically and notified via email/text. If you don’t get into the class, your credit remains on your account for future use.
What are my chances of getting off the waitlist?
Very high! Plans change and people cancel often. We recommend joining the waitlist and keeping your notifications on—you’ll likely get a spot.
Is bouncing on a trampoline safe during pregnancy?
No. Bouncing on a trampoline is not recommended during pregnancy due to the risk of falling and the changing balance of your body. We prioritize your safety above all else.
What type of trampolines do you use?
We use JumpSport 370 trampolines. They are high-quality, fitness-grade trampolines used by celebrities and athletes for their low-impact benefits.
How much weight can the trampolines handle?
Our trampolines are rated for up to 275 pounds.
