The best place to start is with our Find Your Groove trial—3 classes for $49. It lets you try our most popular formats and see if Barre Groove is a fit for you.

Q: Which class formats should I start with?

We recommend Bounce & Barre—our signature format. It combines barre-based sculpting with energizing trampoline cardio. It’s beginner-friendly, easy to follow, and designed to help you feel stronger from day one.

Q: How often should I take class?

We recommend at least two classes per week. That level of consistency helps you build momentum and see results faster—both physically and mentally.

Q: Can I attend classes at all 3 studios with a membership?

Groove Membership: Yes—access all three studios (Downtown, Back Bay, Southie).
FLEX or COMMIT: Unlimited access to your home studio (Southie). You can upgrade anytime or use a Sass Pass for other locations.
