What inspired you to become a fitness instructor?
My older sister gave me the push that I needed to try out and join the BG squad. I was nervous at first, but remembered just how much group fitness classes have pushed me in my personal fitness goals and how much the energy of a good instructor can change the entire vibe of a workout!
What’s your favorite part of teaching at Barre Groove?
There’s so many amazing aspects of teaching at Barre Groove, but most of all I love watching new clients give our workouts a try. I’m always so impressed with their ability to take themselves out of their comfort zones and have a time while doing it.
How would you describe your classes in three words?
High energy, powerful, and intense in the best way possible
What’s your favorite workout move on the trampoline?
Scissors!
What kind of vibe can we expect in your playlist?
Think light edm, meets todays hits remixes, meets throwback classics!
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a class?
I love to get a little sweet treat iced coffee or smoothie bowl
What’s your “can’t miss” piece of advice for someone new to Barre Groove?
Don’t take yourself so seriously, it’s okay to laugh at yourself sometimes and just dance it out
What’s one fun fact about you that might surprise people?
I currently have four jobs!
