BOUNCE & BARRE is our signature hybrid class! This class builds on the most effective principles from traditional barre classes but adds low impact bouncing to give you a more balanced workout. This class is half barre and half bounce, approximately 25 minutes on the trampoline and 20 minutes of more traditional barre exercises. Expect a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that focuses on sculpting leaner, longer muscles from head to toe.
What to bring: A water bottle and towel. Wear a quality sports bra and sneakers for trampoline work.
NOTES FOR VIRTUAL CLASSES
PROPS: Trampoline, Set of Light/Heavy weights (Recommended: 3lbs & 5lbs), Mat
Both the trampoline and the free weights are recommended but not required. All of the bounce moves can be completed on the floor or you can add your own cardio. If you don’t have free weights, try substituting items from around your home that fit in your hands. Examples include water bottles, canned goods, and laundry detergent.
