I love connecting with people, I love dancing, working out and helping others – Barre Groove is the perfect mix of all of these things!

I’ve been dancing since I was 3 years old! I went to a performing arts high school for ballet and modern, I competed with my dance studio throughout high school. I was on my college dance team for 4 years and captain my senior year! I danced professionally for the WNBA and NLL for 5 years!

What motivates you as an instructor?

My biggest motivation as an instructor is to create a comfortable environment for clients during my classes. Whether you are starting something new, looking to meet new people, start or continue a fitness journey, whatever it may be, I want to create a safe space for everyone to get their TWERKout on and get sassy, feel sexy and sweat it out while also feeling empowered and stronger after class!

What type of music will we hear in your classes?

Remixes, clurrrbbbb music, and high high energy songs – we love a good beat drop! My classes are like a night out with your squad!
