BOUNCE & BANDS is one of the most popular hybrid classes created by BG! The instructor will guide you on and off the trampoline as you complete bouncing (trampoline fitness) exercises and utilize resistance bands to help you strengthen and tone your muscles. Expect a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that focuses on your legs, core, and arms.
The class will include approximately 25 minutes of bouncing.
What to bring: A water bottle and towel. Wear a quality sports bra and sneakers for trampoline work.

Both the trampoline and resistance bands are recommended but not required. All of the bounce moves can be completed on the floor or you can add your own cardio.
