What inspired you to become a fitness instructor?
I’ve been very active and involved in dance for almost my entire life. So when I heard that Barre Groove was a workout made by dancers, for dancers and people who love to workout – I couldn’t ask for anything more!
What’s your favorite part of teaching at Barre Groove?
My favorite part of teaching at Barre Groove is the interactions I get to have with our clients. I have met so many amazing people and even formed some great friendships with our clients! Barre Groove brings people together and that’s what I love so much about being a part of this community!
How would you describe your classes in three words?
Energetic, dynamic, and uplifting!
What’s your favorite workout move on the trampoline?
Sprinting on the tramp really gets me goin’!
What kind of vibe can we expect in your playlist?
Imagine you just walked into the club, you’re with your girl gang, and you are about to own the dance floor! That’s how you’re going to feel with my club inspired playlists!
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a class?
A good coffee and shopping spree 🤭
What’s your “can’t miss” piece of advice for someone new to Barre Groove?
Bring your friends! You’re going to get a good workout either way, but being able to do it with some friends next to you, smiling and laughing the whole time – there’s nothing better!
What’s one fun fact about you that might surprise people?
I was a WNBA Dance for the Connecticut Sun Dance Team for many years – in and out of college!
