What inspired you to become a fitness instructor?
Barre Groove workouts were the catalyst for me becoming a fitness instructor. The classes and atmosphere was so infectious that I knew I had to be part of the community in a bigger role. I was driven to spread those good vibes myself as an instructor!
What’s your favorite part of teaching at Barre Groove?
The clients!! I love meeting new people, celebrating their milestones, and seeing them in the wild around Boston.
How would you describe your classes in three words?
Lively, joyful, dynamic
What’s your favorite workout move on the trampoline?
Favorite bounce move would have to be heel clicks!
What kind of vibe can we expect in your playlist?
I’d call my playlists “aux approved” or “guilty pleasure” songs that everyone can recognize and get into!
What’s your favorite way to unwind after a class?
I like to keep the endorphins going by hitting the streets and thrifting, getting a sweet treat, or catching up with friends.
What’s your “can’t miss” piece of advice for someone new to Barre Groove?
Try out all of our formats- you might find you prefer a bounce heavy class or a class with more off-tramp toning! There’s something for everyone.
What’s one fun fact about you that might surprise people?
I’ve met Olympian Michael Phelps!
