What inspired you to become a fitness instructor?
I have always been an active person and fitness is so much more than just physical transformation. After taking Barre Groove classes for years I knew it was time for me to step up and become an instructor because I absolutely love the community and getting to connect with people and help them achieve goals they never thought possible. I grew up dancing with Alanna and I remember when she first opened the studio and I knew it was something I wanted to be a part of.
