Cancellation Policy

Barre Groove Studio Guidelines

To help us maintain a seamless experience for all clients, we’ve implemented the following cancellation policies:

Standard Classes (8-Hour Cancellation Policy)

  • Cancel at least 8 hours before class: No penalty.
  • Cancel within 8 hours or no-show:
    • Unlimited Members: $5 late cancellation fee; $10 no-show fee.
    • Class Packs: Full class credit will be deducted.
Note: Refunds are not issued for cancellations.

Waitlist Policy

If you’ve been upgraded from the waitlist to a class, congratulations on securing a spot!

  • Can’t attend? Reply to the confirmation email or text us at 617-993-0332 at least 60 minutes before class to avoid penalties.

No-Show Penalties for Waitlist Upgrades:

  • Unlimited Members: $10 no-show fee.
  • Class Packs: Full class credit will be deducted.

Bounce at BIJOU Classes (18-Hour Cancellation Policy)

  • Cancel at least 18 hours before class: No penalty; class credit will be restored for future use.
  • Cancel within 18 hours or no-show: Full class credit will be deducted.
Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen—please contact us in delicate situations to discuss exceptions.
