What inspired you to become a fitness instructor?

I have always had a passion for fitness and have been a dancer my entire life. Initially when I found Barre Groove as a client it was a way to connect both of my passions and relive the glory days of being a competitive college dancer. My love of connecting with people in a vibrant and fun atmosphere led me to pursue this passion further in fitness.

What’s your favorite part of teaching at Barre Groove?

The squad! I have formed so many incredible friendships and connections that started in the studio and I could not be more grateful for continuing to meet the most amazing people.

Be yourself, have fun and let loose!

What’s one fun fact about you that might surprise people?

I have been a die hard Patriots fan all my life and love to attend as many games as I can with my family.
