To get started at Barre Groove, we suggest scheduling your first 3 sessions within 1-2 weeks. Taking multiple classes close together helps you get into the groove and get used to the workouts. Our classes work for all experience levels, and our instructors will guide you and offer changes to make the workout easier or harder, depending on what you need.

Bounce & Barre

Start with our signature class to build a strong foundation. Strengthen your muscles with barre movements and enjoy low-impact cardio bursts on the trampoline.

Class Breakdown: 60% barre, 40% bounce

Bounce & Bands

Once you’re comfortable on the trampoline, move on to this popular class. It has a fun HIIT structure with fast-paced intervals on the trampoline and sculpting exercises using resistance bands.

Class Breakdown: 50% bounce, 50% total body toning

Bounce & Sculpt

After you master the basics, try our most popular class. In this class, you’ll learn a bounce routine in 3 rounds. By the end, you’ll have a full choreographed bounce routine. Each round of bouncing is mixed with sculpting exercises using light dumbbells.

Class Breakdown: 75% bounce, 25% sculpt
