POM is a 45-minute dance cardio class created by a former NFL Patriots Cheerleader—designed for anyone who ever loved cheering on the sidelines, dancing at pep rallies, or just moving with confidence and team spirit. You’ll use pink and purple pom poms to bring choreographed routines to life in a high-energy, confidence-boosting environment.

Whether you were part of the squad in high school or just always wanted to be, POM brings that spark back—with better music, a stronger you, and no pressure to be perfect.

How It Works

  • Each class kicks off and ends in a supportive Squad Circle.
  • Learn and perform 6–7 choreographed dance routines using pom poms.
  • Each routine includes a short breakdown, followed by a full-out performance.
  • Class ends with a cool-down and squad circle to celebrate your energy.
