She incorporated her dance background with her passion for movement to bring you a lower body workout that is designed to help you sculpt the legs of a dancer! Her movement will help build long lean lines, tone the inner and outer thighs, create that dancer’s dent, lifts the peach, and trims the lower half. Expect a non-stop combination of standing and mat based work.
