In addition to our typical every day cleaning methods, we are bringing in a professional cleaning service more frequently to ensure every surface in the studio is as clean as possible.

What is COVID-19?

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is characterized by mild symptoms including a runny nose, sore throat, cough, and fever. Illness can be more severe for some people and can lead to pneumonia or breathing difficulties. The World Health Organization urges individuals to be aware of these symptoms and take precautions.

According to webmd, the good news is that in China, most people who have gotten sick — about 80% — have had mild to moderate symptoms. Most people will be able to manage their symptoms at home.
