Theme Tuesday at BIJOU:
Après Ski Rave Night
Bouncing in the club to electric dance music (EDM and House)!
January 18

Class Theme: EDM x House

It’s time to rave! Grab your glitter, glowsticks, fishnets, and body paint and get ready to party like you’re at Ultra Festival!

Rave night will have you bouncing to the beat of the hottest EDM and house music at the club. Get ready to bounce to electric beats by David Guetta, Tiesto, Calvin Harris, and many more of our favorite DJs! Our DJ will be spinning the hottest remixes during class and all of the lights and lasers will have you feeling like you’re at a rave!

Grab your squad and join us for the hottest workout class this summer!

Dress code: Dress like you’re going to a boy band concert in the 90s! Oversized t-shirts, butterfly clips in your hair, glitter on your face, and don’t forget to bring a sign to show us what side you’re on! (Dressing up is not mandatory but strongly encouraged.)

DRESS TO IMPRESS: channel your inner rave child and dress like you were going to Ultra or Coachella! Bright colors, glow sticks, fishnets, crop tops, flower headbands, anything you want! Dressing up is NOT mandatory, but strongly encouraged! Please DM @barregroove if you need outfit ideas.

BOUNCE at BIJOU is our newest format and was created specifically for the club! The instructor will guide you on and off the trampoline as you complete bouncing (trampoline fitness) exercises and our favorite full body sculpt work. Expect a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that focuses on your legs, core, and arms.

BIJOU has a Las Vegas style club feel- there is a live DJ, a stage for the instructor, pro lighting, video boards, and an electric sound system for music!

The class will include approximately 25 minutes of bouncing.

Bouncing for the first time?
You’re in for a lot of fun!

Some of the most popular benefits of bouncing are listed below:

It’s a fun way to help lose weight

Bouncing is unique because it engages your entire body. After just a few minutes of bouncing your body will be sweating and your heart rate will be elevated.

It’s low impact on joints

You don’t need to be a marathon runner to appreciate how hard running can be on your joints- especially your knees! Bouncing on trampolines has been found to eliminate approximately 80% of the impact on your joints compared to traditional running.

It’s an effective complementary workout to running routines

NASA completed a study that found trampoline exercises are up to 68% more effective than jogging.
