POM & SCULPT is a hybrid cardio dance class that includes our signature pom routines and sculpt exercises. Expect to learn 4-5 of our choreographed pom routines while sculpting and toning your body with free weights between dances. Class format: squad warm-up, learn, dance, sculpt, REPEAT!
PROPS: Pom Poms (optional), Set of Light/Heavy weights (Recommended: 3lbs & 5lbs)
You don’t need poms or traditional weights to complete this class! Try substituting weights with items from around your home that fit in your hands. Examples include water bottles, canned goods, and laundry detergent.
