JUST Bounce is a cardio intensive 30-minute rebounding class that keeps you bouncing from beginning to end! The class features unique and fun bounce choreography as well as upper body sculpt work using light weights. Expect a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that focuses on your legs, core, and arms.
What to bring: A water bottle and towel. Wear a quality sports bra and sneakers for trampoline work.
NOTES FOR VIRTUAL CLASSES
PROPS: Trampoline, Set of Light/Heavy weights (Recommended: 3lbs & 5lbs), Mat
Both the trampoline and the free weights are recommended but not required. All of the bounce moves can be completed on the floor or you can add your own cardio. If you don’t have free weights, try substituting items from around your home that fit in your hands. Examples include water bottles, canned goods, and laundry detergent.
