Hey sista, go sista, soul sista, go sista
Join us as we turn Bijou night club into the Moulin Rouge for a Sunday Funday of Burlesque & Bounce!
After class, join us for a brunch and bubbles brunch party taking place across the street at Bar Moxy on the 2nd floor of the Moxy Downtown Boston hotel! Moxy has put together a special menu / deal for all Barre Groove attendees.
** Please note that brunch at Moxy is NOT included with your class ticket but will be available to all for an additional $30 after class! The brunch party is taking place at Bar Moxy on the second floor at Moxy (directly across the street from Bijou). Moxy will have music bumping, games to play with friends, and a great environment to hangout and enjoy the bubbles bar.

BOUNCE at BIJOU is our newest format and was created specifically for the club! The instructor will guide you on and off the trampoline as you complete bouncing (trampoline fitness) exercises and our favorite full body sculpt work. Expect a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that focuses on your legs, core, and arms.
BIJOU has a Las Vegas style club feel- there is a live DJ, a stage for the instructor, pro lighting, video boards, and an electric sound system for music!
The class will include approximately 25 minutes of bouncing.

What to bring: A water bottle and towel. Wear a quality sports bra and sneakers for trampoline work.
Some of the most popular benefits of bouncing are listed below:
It’s a fun way to help lose weight
Bouncing is unique because it engages your entire body. After just a few minutes of bouncing your body will be sweating and your heart rate will be elevated.
It’s low impact on joints
You don’t need to be a marathon runner to appreciate how hard running can be on your joints- especially your knees! Bouncing on trampolines has been found to eliminate approximately 80% of the impact on your joints compared to traditional running.
It’s an effective complementary workout to running routines
NASA completed a study that found trampoline exercises are up to 68% more effective than jogging.
