BOUNCE at The Grand is our newest format and will be offered exclusively at The Grand! The instructor will guide you on and off the trampoline as you complete bouncing (trampoline fitness) exercises and our favorite full body sculpt work. Expect a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that focuses on your legs, core, and arms.
The setting at The Grand will have a club feel- there will be a live DJ, a stage for the instructor, pro lighting, and electric music.
The Grand is very large (normal capacity of 800 people) but we will limit our classes to less than 35 guests to ensure all social distancing and COVID19 protocols are followed.
The class will include approximately 25 minutes of bouncing.
What to bring: A water bottle and towel. Wear a quality sports bra and sneakers for trampoline work.

PROPS: Trampoline and Mat
Both the trampoline and mat are recommended but not required. All of the bounce moves can be completed on the floor or you can add your own cardio.
