Class Theme: Beyoncé, Destiny’s Child, and Coachella
Ladies, leave your man at home, the club is full of ballers and their pockets full grown. And all you fellas, leave your girl with your friends cause it’s eleven thirty and THE GRAND is Jumpin’ Jumpin’! Grab your BOOTYLICIOUS squad and get ready to GET INTO FORMATION on and off the trampoline. This #FLAWLESS themed class is a triple threat with Beyonce, Destiny’s Child, and Coachella beats all in one “lose my breath” kind of class. You will be feeling like you “Run the World” by the end of this class and will be walking out singing “I GOT A HOT SAUCE IN MY BAG. SWAG!” Dress-up like the “DIVA” that you are and choose a look from one of our 3 themes!

Dressing up is not mandatory but strongly encouraged.

BOUNCE at BIJOU is our newest format and was created specifically for the club! The instructor will guide you on and off the trampoline as you complete bouncing (trampoline fitness) exercises and our favorite full body sculpt work. Expect a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that focuses on your legs, core, and arms.

BIJOU has a Las Vegas style club feel- there is a live DJ, a stage for the instructor, pro lighting, video boards, and an electric sound system for music!

The class will include approximately 25 minutes of bouncing.

Bouncing for the first time?
You’re in for a lot of fun!

Some of the most popular benefits of bouncing are listed below:

It’s a fun way to help lose weight

Bouncing is unique because it engages your entire body. After just a few minutes of bouncing your body will be sweating and your heart rate will be elevated.

It’s low impact on joints

You don’t need to be a marathon runner to appreciate how hard running can be on your joints- especially your knees! Bouncing on trampolines has been found to eliminate approximately 80% of the impact on your joints compared to traditional running.

It’s an effective complementary workout to running routines

NASA completed a study that found trampoline exercises are up to 68% more effective than jogging.
