HEAD TO TOE TONING WORKOUT. Barre Groove classes are designed to help you strengthen your core and sculpt a leaner, longer figure from head to toe! This low impact workout infuses weight training, dance, music, and authentic barre exercises. Expect to break a sweat, get your heart rate up, and have the most fun you’ve ever had doing barre!
