BARRE GROOVE is designed to help you sculpt a leaner, longer figure from head to toe! This low impact workout is set to inspiring music and infuses weight training, choreographed sculpt work, and authentic barre exercises. Expect to break a sweat, get your heart rate up, and have the most fun you’ve ever had doing barre!


What to bring: A water bottle and a towel. Wear comfortable workout clothes and grip socks.


PROPS: Chair (barre), Set of Light/Heavy weights (Recommended: 3lbs & 5lbs), Mat 

If you don’t have a chair, try using a wall- or anything else you can hold on to- to replace the barre. This class can also be completed without traditional weights! Try substituting weights with items from around your home that fit in your hands. Examples include water bottles, canned goods, and laundry detergent.
