ARMS & ABS is a combo class that focuses on toning your upper body with our instructor’s favorite weighted sculpt exercises. The class begins with a cardio blast, followed by standing cardio arm combos mixed with mat based core work.
PROPS: Set of Light/Heavy weights (Recommended: 3lbs & 5lbs), Mat
This class can be completed without traditional weights! Try substituting weights with items from around your home that fit in your hands. Examples include water bottles, canned goods, and laundry detergent.
