This themed class is taking us back to the days of jazzercise, step aerobics, and trampolines – in the best way possible! Get ready to sing along, feel good, and dance your way to a tiny waistline. Remember, amazing fitness trends never die!
DRESS: let’s go back in time and put on the fitness uniform from yesteryear: neon colors, big hair, leotards, sweat bands, leg warmers, bright eyeshadow, etc.
BOUNCE at BIJOU is our newest format and was created specifically for the club! The instructor will guide you on and off the trampoline as you complete bouncing (trampoline fitness) exercises and our favorite full body sculpt work. Expect a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that focuses on your legs, core, and arms.
BIJOU has a Las Vegas style club feel- there is a live DJ, a stage for the instructor, pro lighting, video boards, and an electric sound system for music!
The class will include approximately 25 minutes of bouncing.

Some of the most popular benefits of bouncing are listed below:
It’s a fun way to help lose weight
Bouncing is unique because it engages your entire body. After just a few minutes of bouncing your body will be sweating and your heart rate will be elevated.
It’s low impact on joints
You don’t need to be a marathon runner to appreciate how hard running can be on your joints- especially your knees! Bouncing on trampolines has been found to eliminate approximately 80% of the impact on your joints compared to traditional running.
It’s an effective complementary workout to running routines
NASA completed a study that found trampoline exercises are up to 68% more effective than jogging.
